Two Paths, One Purpose

Why

CIN WORLD?

At Congolese Integration Network (CIN), our foundation is—and will always be—rooted in supporting Sub-Saharan African immigrants and refugees with essential human services for successful integration in the United States. From housing and early learning to mental health and workforce development, our commitment to uplifting newly arrived families remains strong and steady.

Yet, as CIN grows, so does our vision. In my role leading Global Initiatives and Development, I’m proud to expand our impact beyond borders through championing African-led business ventures in sectors like medical manufacturing, and curating cultural programs that honor the Congolese Genocost and celebrate our rich artistic legacy.

This isn’t a shift, it’s a widening of our horizon.

While CIN continues to meet urgent local needs, we’re also stepping into global conversations. We’re cultivating spaces for innovative diplomacy, youth entrepreneurship, and cross-continental collaboration rooted in art, heritage, and economic justice.

These two missions are not in competition, they are complementary. Together, they reflect the full identity of who we are: a community that heals, builds, and dares to imagine a different future.

My office is honored to take on this dual mandate, therefore ensuring that tomorrow’s young Africans, wherever they are, are equipped with the courage, adaptability, and tools to seize global opportunities.

Let’s build the bridge between survival and sovereignty.
